Start by creating an account on our website. Once registered, you’ll receive a personalized U.S. shipping address along with a unique customer code.
2. Shop Online
When checking out from your favorite online stores, use the U.S. address and include your assigned code to ensure your package is correctly routed.
3. We Receive Your Package
As soon as your package arrives at our U.S. warehouse, you’ll get a notification via email and in your account dashboard.
4. Track Your Shipment
Stay informed every step of the way. You’ll receive updates as your package is processed, shipped, and prepared for final delivery to you.

A: Yes. For deliveries outside of Kingston, we partner with Knutsford Express or Zipmail for secure and timely service.
A: Deliveries within Kingston are made on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
